Institutions wishing to purchase access may do so at the Institutional-level tier(s).

For subscription Membership-level access, your subscription will continue for the period referenced during purchase, and renew automatically at the end of the term, unless you Cancel as set forth below in our cancellation policy.

Furthermore, as noted before, we also expressly prohibit the copying, reproduction, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, and distribution, sale, transfer or modification of the content, data, information and materials found on our site.

Cancellation and Money Back Guarantee
A customer may cancel their subscription at any time. If cancelling, we require that you contact us by e-mailing support@GuruFundPicks.com, advising us of the cancellation before the renewal date. Once received, cancellations of Membership-level subscription access will be implemented automatically via our membership software, and our payment processing solution provider. However, you will continue to have access to your purchased content until the end of your subscription period.

We offer a hassle-free Money Back Guarantee on your first purchase with us. All you need to do is shoot us an e-mail requesting the refund before the end of the expiration of the Money-back Guarantee period. These Terms of Use will be construed solely in accordance within the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws. Any actions, proceedings or suits concerning or relating to this Agreement may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Fairfax County, Viriginia, or in the U.S. District Court for the Virginia Eastern District Court, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such court, and waives any objections thereto. In the event any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the validity of remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the complete agreement between you and GuruFundPicks, LLC, and its Third Party Service Providers with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior communications and agreements.
